calm stay in a lovely spot
convenient transfer beautiful riad friendly staff helpful service
the location near the medina was great. airport transfer was direct and convenient. the riad itsself is beautiful. the staff was very friendly, they provided helpful service.
the breakfast didn't have much variety.

the breakfast includes fresh warm breads, a traditional offering. i tasted the couscous and i liked it a lot. the hotel provides a three course meal in the evening, it was excellent.

staff showed excellent english skills, it was super helpful. another staff member, ahmed, was helpful and always had a smile. they were attentive to all our requests.

the riad includes a lovely courtyard with palm trees. there is a pool available . a log fire burns in the salon. air conditioning worked well.

limited breakfast inconsistent hot water
the breakfast options were quite limited , consisting mainly of pastries. i expected a wider variety , perhaps some fresh fruit or protein options , to start the day properly. the hot water supply in my room was also inconsistent , fluctuating between hot and cold during showers. this made maintaining a comfortable temperature difficult.

My room had a comfy, large bed. The breakfast included fresh, warm breads each morning. It was good. The staff helped always. The refreshing pool offered a cool relief from the heat.
The air conditioning system worked not so good one night.

fantastic stay
helpful staff fresh bedding orange juice boarding passes
i found the staff helpful and friendly. the riad was very clean, with fresh bedding and towels provided every day. i especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice served at breakfast. also, they printed my boarding passes, which i appreciated greatly.
The riad is a bit far from the market. It took a while to walk there.
